Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Zeshan Hyder
A board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Zeshan Hyder treats and cares for trauma to the muscles, bones, joints, and tendons, as well as the musculoskeletal system. Committed to helping patients recover after spinal injuries, he developed the TrueMIS surgical technique to minimize blood loss and facilitate quicker surgeries. Dr. Zeshan Hyder treats patients at the Northwest Spine Institute in Crown Point, Indiana. Previously, he spent eight years with Bone & Joint Specialists, P.C., in Merriville, Indiana.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois, Dr. Hyder received a bachelor of science in biochemistry and was a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honors Society. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University and completed his fellowship at the Texas Back Institute in Plano. Earlier in his career, he trained at top Chicago hospitals such as Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the University of Chicago’s Weiss Memorial Hospital. Outside of work, Dr. Hyder enjoys playing volleyball and racing cars.
